OTHER DETAILS: Guests will be able to download supply lists to follow along with the demonstrations in advance, if they choose. New raffle items will be released each day of the event with winners announced at 9AM each day. Give Back Bingo prize winners will be announced on December 8th at 9AM EST on this website and social media channels. A round-up email will also be sent out with all prize winners (in case you missed it), guide to accessing demonstrations and downloads after the event, and closing remarks.

No. We recognize the economic turmoil of the current times. We want this event to be affordable and inclusive for all families. Each ticket can be a family ticket. Each ticket grants access to all parts of the vendor market. You will only be granted ONE Give Back Bingo card and ONE block of 5 raffle tickets. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased on the individual raffle items, if you would like more. You can download instructions, coloring pages and other printables and unlimited number of times.
No. While we would love to see you joining us live, we know that the days can be busy. Our demonstrations vary each day and will all be available for replay for up to 1 year. Enjoy them at your own pace – with us from the comfort of your own home or on your own schedule.
Yes. Vendor shops are accessible from 9AM on December 4th, 2025 until 9PM on December 7th, 2025. Much like an in-person event, this event has a timeframe for vendors. You can connect with vendors via their social media accounts, email lists and direct websites to shop further.
No. You will check out from each vendor individually direct through their virtual vendor market page. This ensures that they directly receive all sales without any middle-man. Similar to shopping in person, each vendor has their own preferred secure payment method for you to use.
No. All shipping costs will be covered for all prizes. Simply partake in the fun, bid on prizes and wait to see if you win!
All winners will be announced at the end of the event on our social media pages, website and email. We will contact winners via email or phone number – based on what they have provided.
Give Back Bingo combines all the fun of bingo with activities that give back in your community. Each bingo card is unique and has a combination of holiday words, which will be announced throughout the Merry Maker Market event, and activities which you can do in your community and submit a photo of. This includes things like donating to your local food bank, sending a Christmas card to deployed troops, make memories with your family and other activities.
You will earn one entry into the bingo giveaways for every bingo you get on your card. Winners will be drawn at random on December 8th and announced.
Yes. Activity and demonstration supply lists will be made available on November 15th. Anyone who has purchased tickets will receive notification of their availability and the full demonstration schedule so that they can tune in. Whether cookie baking or kids crafting and experiments – all activities are built around easy to access and low-cost items. These activities are designed to be fun, creative and festive.
