This bread board and knife set if individually handcrafted from sustainably harvested exotic and local hardwoods. We do not use CNC machines and there may be some variation in the grain and pattern of the wood since no two pieces of lumber are alike either.
The bread knife is crafted from padauk, wenge and osage orange.
The board is made from padauk, wenge, osage orange and purple heart
The bread knife measures 1 3/4″x 17″
The board measures 7″x18″x3/4″
The bread knife is available as either right-handed or left-handed (it has to do with how the blade is mounted) Please specific right-handed or left-handed when ordering.
The set comes with a set of care instructions and a can of handmade board butter to keep your board set conditioned and the colors rich.
