Perfect personalized slate for memorial gift or any occasion. I have included some different variations/designs, but you are not limited to them. I can create pretty much anything you need. Each design is printed using sublimation process, so it will not fade, peel or rub off. Do not display in direct sunlight.
***HOW TO ORDER & PERSONALIZE*** Attach your desired photo, text and other information in the boxes below. I will contact you with a proof for approval before printing and shipping.
***Shipping*** I design and print each slate when ordered, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Every order is shipped FREE USPS Priority Mail and normally arrives in 1-5 days. You will get a tracking number.
***Returns*** All sales are final unless there is a error on my part. Please double check your spelling before submitting your order.
